This page explains how to delete or otherwise manage your aloworld account data.
If you can still sign in
Use the profile area in the product to:
- delete your account
- review the current legal notices
- manage available account and app settings
If you cannot sign in
Email founders@digitalcarbon.ai from the email address tied to your account and include:
- the email address on the account
- the request type, such as access, correction, deletion, or objection
- any context needed to verify the request safely
We may ask for additional verification before completing a request.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account removes or schedules deletion of associated account, profile, chat, voice, progress, and safety records, subject to backup latency, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and abuse-investigation needs.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, app-store compliance, or abuse prevention.
How to report unsafe output
Use the in-product report flow when available.
If you cannot access the product, email founders@digitalcarbon.ai with the relevant context.
aloworld does not provide live safety, crisis, or emergency handling by email.
